Eric Lefofsky’s Tempus is Taking Off

Eric Lefofsky started Groupon. He was one of the reasons that the company was so successful and he constantly worked to make sure that the company would continue to be as successful as possible. He wanted people to be able to save money and saw that this was one of the most important things to people in the Chicago area and around the country. He used different techniques than what anyone had ever heard of and this gave him the chance to make sure that he was doing what he could to save money for people. It also gave him the chance to make quite a bit of money for himself. After only having Groupon for a few years by business standards, Mr. Eric knew what he was able to do and had made the decision to retire early with the money that he had made from the sales that he had seen on Groupon.

The way that Lefofsky saw it was that he was taking a break from his career. He relaxed and enjoyed time with his family while he was retired. Then, his wife was diagnosed with breast cancer. As devastating as the diagnosis was, it wsa something that allowed Eric to know what he had to do and to make sure that he was doing everything the right way. He worked hard to come up with solutions for his wife and decided that using them for other people was one of the best things that he would be able to do in the time that he was working for different purposes.

Eric came up with the idea of Tempus. This is a company that works with people who have cancer. In combination with a geneticist, he is working on cures for cancers like breast cancer and is also working to make sure that life is comfortable for people who have cancer. Eric Lefofsky knows that Tempus is all about making sure that things are going good for people and that they will be able to make sure that things are better for each of these families who have had a cancer diagnosis affect them.
