In 1982, Troy McQuagge graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Legal Studies. This accomplishment would take him many different places in his life. When he joined the company, McQuagge focused on the company’s captive distribution agency. His focus and success of the project made him a shoe-in for the Chief Executive Officer position only four short years after his hiring.
